Initial Phone Call
Assessment - Goals, Vision, Priorities ( Work, personal relationships, taking care of yourself during hardships etc… )
Bi-Weekly Coaching sessions - Defining the client goals, providing journal assignments or reflective moments. Give client the tools to keep them making progress and developing their confidence. Tools, resources etc… based on the clients goals.
Resources for each topic ( articles, movies, books, PDF worksheets etc… ).
120-day program - 8 personal coaching sessions.
